Balanced steel drum with pneumatic disc brakes for stopping the machine efficiently and instantly.

  BASIC MACHINE CONSTRUCTION
  Basic construction of the machine is sturdy, compact, modular, ergonomically designed and comfortable to operators, electricians and mechanics. Main side walls and cross members of M.S frames are structurally designed to take up heavy loads and vibration free operations. Whole machine framing is mounted on separate M.S plate which does not require any extra effort for foundation. Electrical panel, motor, drive to warping machine enclosed under is cover for dust free operations.
  WARPING DRUM - DYNAMICALLY BALANCED, METALIC
 
M.S drum of 8 mm thick plate perfectly ground, polished and dynamically balanced is fitted with sturdy bearings gives very smooth, vibration free working. Drum widths offered are 1350 mm (54”), 1500 mm (60”), 1800 mm (72”), 2000 mm (80”) or 2100 mm (84”)
   
  DRIVE SYSTEM - A.C VARIABLE FREQUENCY CONTROL DRIVE
 
BWarping drum is directly driven by AC motor and “V” belts and main pulley on drum shaft. AC motor is equipped with frequency controlled arrangement through main panel so as to give desired speed between 0 – 600 meters per minute simply by controlling the knob on operator’s panel. Panel is mounted on the main frame of machine.
   
  BRAKE SYSTEM - DISC BRAKE , PNEUMATIC
 
Pneumatic disc brake system is supplied on the main shaft of drum on other side of drum which stops the machine instantly and the motor also.

Braking action takes place on following instances such as
1. At the time of yarn break
2. At the finish of set length of warping
3. At any emergency time
   
  OPERATING PANEL
 
Operating panels are provided on both sides of machine frame. One side is provided for control of pneumatic system. The other side panel has provision for speed control / regulator, stop / start, start / stop of additional braking system and indicating lamps for stop, running of machine and finish of the beam set length. Foot pedal switch is provided at bottom of machine for comfortable working to operator.
   
 
BEAM LOADING AND UNLOADING - PNEUMATIC
 
Beam loading and unloading of empty or full beam is easily done by two supporting side levers operated by pneumatically operated cylinders on both sides.
 
 
BEAM HOLDERS
 
Beam holder housing is provided with bearings on both sides with adopter and finely pitched screw and locking device for lateral adjustment of beam at the time of starting of beam which is maintained perfectly without any displacement. Provision of hand wheel adjustments has been given on both sides.
 
 
BEAM PRESSING - PNEUMATIC BOTH SIDE
 
Beam pressing device keeps the beam in contact with drum as per desired set pressure with the arrangement of two pneumatic cylinders provided on both sides and connected directly to the beam shafts.
   
 
ADDITIONAL BRAKING DEVICE
 
This is specially designed for direct warper and mounted on the main shaft of beam support fitted with pneumatic brake shoes and segment disc fitted on main supporting shaft of beam which controls the vibrations, maintains tension and smooth loading and unloading of full beam. This device is very successfully working on all the supplied warping machines of T-500 models.
 
 
GUIDE ROLL
 
Hard Chrome plated, balanced guide roll, fitted in ball bearings at the ends in a sturdy housing delivers the warps easily without any vibrations. Placement of guide roll in front of the machine conveniently fitted for easy operations of warp mending and denting in Zig-Zag comb.
 
 
EXPANDING COMB
 
Very sturdy, uniformly pitched zig-zag comb is placed just behind guide roll which guides the warp yarn path perfectly as per width of the beam. Comb can be operated with traverse motion to maintain warp in flat and in level with beam surface. Comb assembly has been provided with provision of hand wheel for contraction or expanding as per width of beam.
   
 
PRESET COUNTER
 
Electronic counter meter is provided on the operating panel which can be set at preset length of yarn to be warped which gives set length indication and stopping of machine automatically when set length is finished.
 
 
MAIN PANEL
 
The main electrical panel of machine operation is located at the corner and back end of warping head stock which has been designed with AC frequency control drive, slow and soft start of machine and other protective provisions including pneumatic controls.
   
  SAFETY GUARD
  Safety lever guard is provided in front of machine which works instantly stopping the machine simply by lifting the lever. The machine can not be started until safety lever is down.
  The machine is assemble and tested for operations hence it does not need any extra labour and time for erection. Simply it needs the foundation to be done with the supply of power and compress air at the site of erection.
